A2 Access was founded in 2012 by two former Tiger Cub analysts and a sell-side sales representative. The system was designed by investors, for investors, to maximize the value of sell-side corporate access throughout the investment process, maintain compliant records of resources that a firm consumes, and leverage that data into a broker vote that accurately reflects the things an investment firm values from their sell-side partners
